WOD 1 "Girls Gone Backwards"

Each team member will perform one of the following benchmarks in this order

"Fran" backwards 9-15-21 Still Thrusters First(95/65)

"Diane" backwards 9-15-21  Still Deadlifts First(225/155)

"Karen" backwards(if it makes it less painful to count backwards) 20/14  10ft and 9ft

Teammates must physically tag partner before starting next benchmark

Yes, you only do one lift. Simply add weight after every set of 3. It goes fast, barely enough time to change your weight.

Great WODs! Just so we're clear… On WOD 2, Athlete 1 will do snatch, then Athlete 2 will do C&J, then Athlete 3 will do DL? Then it starts back at Athlete 1 on snatch again at +10/5 lbs? Sorry, just wanted to make sure on this. Thanks!

WOD 1 "Triplet Sprint"

21 Clap Pushups(Ladies Hand Release)

21 Pullups (Ladies use bands)

21 Box Jumps (24/20)

20 yd Sprint(40 total) with Sandball overhead(30/20)  5 burpee penalty if plate touches head or drops below top of head

15 Clap Pushups, pullups, box jumps

30 yd Sprint(60 total) 

9 Clap Pushups, pullups, box jumps

40 yd Sprint(80 total)

WOD 2 "Olympic Power"

Snatch-1:30 minutes to perform as many reps as possible with (115lbs./65lbs.)

Clean and Jerk- 1:30 minutes to perform as many reps as possible with (135lbs./85lbs.)
